1. We Assess Your Needs

We conduct a thorough onsite inspection to create a tailored plan for your office removals. This includes all the relevant details needed for the day of the move, including building access, guidelines and restrictions, and loading dock access.

2. We Provide a Proposal

Our proposal will clearly outline the scope of work, giving a detailed breakdown of services required, timelines, vehicles needed, removal date and starting times for a fully customised moving plan.

3. Give Us The Go Ahead

Once you’ve accepted our quote and terms, we’ll be in touch to update you on the next steps.

On moving day, a project manager will be assigned as your point of contact for you. They will conduct a detailed inventory audit and pre-move inspection.

Our office relocation specialists will handle the heavy lifting, from dismantling furniture and disconnecting electricals to carefully packing all items using industry-standard packing materials.

We bring all necessary moving equipment plus packing materials (including free boxes) so that everything is securely transported to your new location.

4. Set Up Assistance After The Move

Once we arrive at your new workplace, we’ll help set up your office.

This includes unpacking moving boxes, reassembling heavy furniture, reconnecting electrical equipment and arranging workstations.

We can also provide office cleaning services and storage.
